At Qdinfy, operated by Quikdin, LLC, we want every customer to feel confident when making a purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains our 30-Day Cooling-Off Period, how it works, and what to expect.

1. Understanding Digital Products
All products sold on Qdinfy are digital goods delivered electronically and instantly. There are no physical items shipped or returned. When your transaction is confirmed, secure download links are immediately activated in your account.
Important: Once you download a product, you receive complete and permanent access to all product files, source code, design assets, documentation, and related materials. Because of the nature of digital goods, a downloaded product cannot be "returned" or "undelivered." The download constitutes full and final delivery.
2. The 30-Day Cooling-Off Period
We offer a thirty (30) calendar day cooling-off period from the date of your original purchase. During this period, you may request a full refund, provided that you have not yet downloaded the product.
This cooling-off period gives you time to reconsider your purchase before accessing the product files. It reflects our commitment to fair, transparent business practices and aligns with consumer protection principles recognized in the United States, the European Union, and other major jurisdictions.
2.1 How It Works
Eligible for Refund: Your purchase was made within the last thirty (30) calendar days AND you have NOT downloaded the product files. You are eligible for a full refund.
Not Eligible for Refund: You have already downloaded the product files, OR more than thirty (30) calendar days have passed since your purchase. The cooling-off refund does not apply.
2.2 Consent to Immediate Performance
When you initiate a download, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery and performance of the digital content. You acknowledge that by downloading, you waive your right of withdrawal or cancellation under applicable consumer protection laws, including the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This waiver applies because the digital content is fully and irrevocably delivered upon download.
2.3 Why Download Status Determines Eligibility
Unlike physical merchandise, a digital product is fully and completely delivered the moment you download it. You receive permanent access to the entire product, including all source files, assets, code, and documentation. There is no way to reverse this delivery. Our policy provides a generous thirty-day window to decide before accessing the product, while protecting intellectual property from being downloaded and then refunded.
3. Exceptions
In the following exceptional circumstances, we may consider a resolution even if the product has been downloaded:
- Notwithstanding the above, refunds may still be granted after a product has been downloaded if the product is defective, materially different from its description, or fails to function as intended, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
- You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate transaction).
- You were charged an amount different from the price displayed at checkout.
- A verified technical error on our end prevented delivery of the correct product files (e.g., wrong product delivered or corrupted file we cannot replace).

4. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@qdinfy.com with the subject: "Refund Request - [Your Order Reference Number]"
- Include: your full name, registered email, order reference number, and the product name.
- Our team will verify your download status and, if eligible, process your refund. You will receive acknowledgment within two (2) business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear.
- The refund equals the original purchase price. Third-party processing fees may be deducted per the processor's policies.
- Upon refund, your product license and download access are permanently revoked.
6. No Physical Returns
All products are digital. There are no physical items to return. A "return" means cancellation of your purchase and revocation of your license.
7. Pre-Purchase Recommendations
- Read the full product description, features, and screenshots before purchasing.
- Review system requirements and compatibility information.
- Check the license type (Single or Extended) for your intended use.
- Explore available demos or previews.

8. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we identify excessive or abusive patterns, including repeated purchases followed by cooling-off refund requests. We may limit refund eligibility, restrict account privileges, or suspend accounts at our discretion.
9. Complaint Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request or any aspect of your purchase experience, we have a structured complaint resolution process:
- Step 1 - Contact Support: Email support@qdinfy.com with your concern and order reference number. We will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days.
- Step 2 - Investigation: Our team will review the matter thoroughly and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days of acknowledgment.
- Step 3 - Resolution: We will propose a fair resolution, which may include technical assistance, a replacement file, account credit, or a refund where applicable.
- Step 4 - Escalation: If you are not satisfied, you may request escalation to a senior team member who will review your case and provide a final determination within ten (10) business days.
- Step 5 - External Resolution: If you remain unsatisfied after exhausting our internal process, you may refer the matter to an appropriate consumer protection authority or alternative dispute resolution body in your jurisdiction. For customers in the European Union, you may submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For customers in the United States, you may contact the Wyoming Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
