1. Nature of Our Products

There are no physical components to any product we sell.
2. How Delivery Works
- Transaction Confirmation: As soon as your transaction is successfully processed, our system generates an order confirmation sent to your registered email address. It includes your unique order reference number, a summary of purchased items, and transaction details.
- Instant Download Access: Simultaneously with your order confirmation, secure download links for your purchased products are activated. You can access downloads through your Qdinfy account dashboard or through the links in your confirmation email.
- Download Window: Your download links remain active for a minimum of twelve (12) months from your purchase date. You may download products as many times as you need during this period.
3. Consent to Immediate Performance and Waiver of Withdrawal
Important: By initiating a download of any digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate performance and delivery of digital content. You acknowledge and agree that once the download begins, you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise be available to you under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This is because, upon download, you receive full and permanent access to the complete product files, and the digital content cannot be returned.
Prior to downloading, you are protected by our 30-Day Cooling-Off Refund Policy. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before initiating your download.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Digital delivery is instant. In the vast majority of transactions, download links are available within seconds. In rare cases of high system demand or scheduled maintenance, delivery will be completed within fifteen (15) minutes. If you do not receive access within thirty (30) minutes, please contact support immediately.
5. What You Receive
- The complete product files in their designated format, typically as a compressed ZIP archive.
- Any included documentation, installation guides, setup instructions, or readme files.
- Access to product updates during your active license or support period, as described on the product listing page.
6. System Requirements
- A stable internet connection for downloading files.
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari recommended).
- File decompression software for ZIP archives (built into most operating systems).

7. File Safety

8. Relationship to Our Refund Policy
Our 30-Day Cooling-Off Refund Policy is directly tied to the download status of your purchase. A refund may be requested within thirty (30) calendar days, but only if the product has not yet been downloaded. Once you download the product files, the delivery is complete and final, and the cooling-off refund no longer applies.
