1) Methods & processing
We accept cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Merchant-of-Record/payment partners (e.g., FastSpring, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy) or by our own processor(s). Where a partner acts as seller/collector of record, their terms, invoices, taxes, refund handling and timelines apply to that transaction in addition to ours.
2) Security & compliance
- Hosted/redirected, PCI-compliant checkout; we do not store card PAN/CVV.
- Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) may apply for card payments in the UK/EU.
- We may conduct fraud screening and decline or refund orders for risk/compliance reasons (including sanctions/export controls).
3) Pricing, currency & taxes
- Prices are shown at checkout in the indicated currency.
- VAT/other taxes are displayed and charged where required by law (either by us or the Merchant-of-Record).
- FX/issuer/bank fees (if any) are your bank’s responsibility.
4) Refund routing
- Refunds (where eligible—see Refund & Return Policy) are made to the original payment method.
- For statutory consumer cancellations within the 14-day period before delivery begins, we refund in full.
- For contractual refunds due to non-delivery/no access/activation failure, refunds may be minus non-recoverable processing fees where permitted by law and the payment partner.
5) Prohibited tender
We do not accept cash or cryptocurrency.
