Effective date: 13 September 2025
Applies to: Quikdin-made themes, plugins, templates, sample data, documentation, and related licence keys (“Assets”).
1) Grant of licence
Upon full payment, Qdinfy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide licence to use the Asset for your personal or business purposes, strictly per these terms.
2) One licence = one end project
Unless a product page states otherwise, one licence permits use for one end website/project (you may keep reasonable dev/staging copies). Each additional end project requires an additional licence.
3) Permitted use (examples)
- Your own site, portfolio, internal tool, or one client site you deliver as a service.
- Modifications to fit your project (derivatives remain subject to this EULA).
4) Prohibited use
You must not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, re-package, or re-license the Asset or source files;
- Include the Asset in a library, template, SaaS builder, or product for others;
- Expose or bypass licence/activation controls;
- Use the Asset unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights.
5) Ownership & IP
All rights remain with Qdinfy/Quikdin. No ownership transfers; you receive only the licence rights here.
6) Updates & support
If stated on the product page, purchases may include updates and standard support for the listed period. We may issue security/compatibility updates at our discretion.
7) Open-source & third-party components
Where an Asset uses third-party/open-source elements, those components are licensed under their respective licences. You must comply with any such terms.
8) Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you breach the EULA/Terms/AUP. On termination, cease use and delete all copies (except backups retained solely for legal/audit purposes).
