AUP & Buyer Protection
Effective date: 13 September 2025
1) Prohibited activities
You may not use Qdinfy, our Assets, or licences to:
- Break the law, infringe IP, or violate privacy;
- Distribute malware, conduct phishing, spam, or DDoS;
- Circumvent, remove, or share licence/activation controls or keys;
- Create derivative templates/tools for resale or distribution;
- Engage in hate, harassment, exploitation, or violence;
- Violate sanctions/export-control laws or assist restricted parties.
2) Security & abuse
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access to protect the platform, users, and partners where abuse or risk is detected.
3) Enforcement
Breaches may lead to suspension/termination of accounts and licences, with possible legal action and notification to payment partners and authorities where appropriate.
Buyer Protection & Complaints
1) Upfront transparency
Before checkout, we display key facts: product scope, price, tax/VAT, delivery method (instant digital), licence scope, and key exclusions (e.g., no resale).
2) Records we keep
Order confirmations, invoices/tax records, delivery and activation logs, course access logs, and support correspondence to help resolve issues fairly.
3) Support & timelines
- First response: within 1 business day at support@qdinfy.com.
- Delivery delays: target 24-hour remediation from your report.
- If we cannot restore delivery/access within a reasonable time, refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy.
4) Complaints & escalation
- Step 1: Contact support@qdinfy.com with order details and the issue.
- Step 2: If unresolved, escalate to legal@qdinfy.com.
- Step 3: Where required by law, you may use independent ADR/ODR mechanisms.
5) Chargebacks
If a chargeback is raised where delivery/access is proven, we may provide evidence to the payment/Merchant-of-Record partner and suspend the account pending outcome.
