1) Scope

This policy covers delivery of downloadable digital products (Quikdin-made themes/plugins/templates with licence keys) and online courses delivered via your Qdinfy account. We do not ship physical goods.

2) Delivery method & timing

• Immediate digital fulfilment after successful payment.
• Delivery routes: (a) your Qdinfy account dashboard (downloads/licence keys/course access), and (b) email confirmation with links or instructions.
• Courses are activated to the purchasing account and appear under My Courses (or equivalent).

3) Proof of delivery

Delivery is evidenced by one or more of:

• Availability of download in your account;
• Issuance of a licence key;
• Course enrolment/access logs;
• Timestamped download/activation telemetry;
• Email confirmation successfully sent by our system.

4) Delay & remediation

If you do not see delivery within a few minutes, contact support@qdinfy.com. We aim to remedy within 24 hours of your report (resend links/keys, restore access, or provide alternate delivery).

5) Customer responsibilities

• Provide a valid email and keep your account login secure.
• Check spam/junk folders for delivery emails.
• Download and securely store your files and licence keys.

6) Acceptance of delivery

Delivery is deemed accepted when (i) the digital item appears in your account, (ii) a licence key is issued, or (iii) course access is granted, whichever occurs first.

7) Downtime & maintenance

Occasional scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur. We will minimise disruption and restore services promptly.

8) Interaction with Refund Policy

If delivery fails and we cannot remedy, refunds may be available per our Refund & Return Policy.
