By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, EULA, AUP, Buyer Protection Program, Refund and Returns Policy, and Digital Delivery Policy, all incorporated by reference. If you disagree, stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If acting on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind that entity.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or suspected fraud.

4. Products and Services

Qdinfy is a digital product store offering premium digital assets created exclusively by Quikdin, LLC. We are not a third-party aggregation platform or multi-vendor marketplace. Every product is built, maintained, and supported by our team. Our catalog includes:

5. Merchant of Record

Depending on your location and the transaction method, your purchase may be processed by an authorized third-party reseller acting as the merchant of record for the transaction. In such cases, the reseller is the legal seller for the purposes of that transaction, handles billing and tax compliance, and their buyer terms apply alongside these Terms. Regardless of the transaction structure, the product is always created, owned, maintained, and supported by Quikdin, LLC.

6. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes

Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted and subject to change without notice. Changes do not affect completed transactions. You are responsible for applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. Where required, taxes may be calculated by the merchant of record or processing service at checkout.

We may refuse or cancel transactions for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or Terms violations. Cancelled transactions initiated by us receive a full refund.

7. Digital Delivery and Download

Products are delivered digitally and instantly. Download links activate immediately upon transaction confirmation and remain active for twelve (12) months. You may download multiple times during this period.

Important: By initiating a download, you consent to immediate performance and delivery of the digital content. You acknowledge that once the download begins, you waive your right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This is because the download provides you with full, permanent access to the complete product.

8. 30-Day Cooling-Off Refund Policy

We offer a thirty (30) calendar day cooling-off period. You may request a full refund within thirty days, provided you have NOT downloaded the product. Once downloaded, delivery is complete, the cooling-off refund does not apply, and your withdrawal right is waived as described above.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (text, graphics, logos, images, code, design, and arrangement) is the exclusive property of Quikdin, LLC, protected by U.S. and international IP laws. Purchasing grants a license under the EULA, not ownership.

10. User Conduct

• Do not violate any applicable law.
• Do not infringe any rights.
• Do not transmit harmful or objectionable content.
• Do not introduce malware.
• Do not interfere with Platform operations.
• Do not use automated tools without permission.
• Do not circumvent security features.

Links to third-party sites are for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. QUIKDIN, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIKDIN, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR USD $100.00.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quikdin, LLC from claims arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; (d) content you submit.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Governed by Wyoming law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules in Wyoming. CLASS ACTIONS AND CLASS ARBITRATION ARE WAIVED.

16. Complaint Resolution

We maintain a structured complaint process with defined turnaround times:

1. Contact support@qdinfy.com. Acknowledgment within two (2) business days.
2. Investigation and substantive response within five (5) business days.
3. Resolution offered (technical help, replacement, credit, or refund).
4. Senior escalation available with final determination within ten (10) business days.
5. External resolution: EU customers may use the EU ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). US customers may contact the Wyoming Attorney General or FTC.

17. Severability

Invalid provisions are modified minimally or severed. Remaining provisions continue in full force.

18. Waiver

No failure to exercise a right constitutes a waiver. Waivers must be in writing.

19. Assignment

You may not assign your rights without written consent. We may assign freely.

20. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with all referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior communications.

22. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
