This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding contract between you (the "Licensee") and Quikdin, LLC, doing business as Qdinfy (the "Licensor"). This Agreement governs your use of any digital product purchased through https://qdinfy.com (the "Platform").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use any product.

1. Definitions

• "Product" refers to any digital item purchased through the Platform, including WordPress themes, plugins, software, graphic templates, fonts, icon sets, UI kits, HTML templates, eBooks, and code scripts.
• "Single License" permits use of one Product in one (1) end project at a time.
• "Extended License" permits use in multiple end projects or incorporation into redistributed works, per the product listing terms.
• "End Project" means a customized implementation resulting in a distinct, finished work.

2. Grant of License

Upon purchase, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product per the license type selected. Your license activates when you download the Product files.

2.1 Single License Rights

• Install and use the Product on one (1) website, application, or project at a time.
• Modify and customize the Product for your end project.
• Use the Product in personal or commercial end projects, provided it is not distributed as a standalone item.
• Create one (1) end product for a client, without separately transferring the Product itself.

2.2 Extended License Rights

In addition to Single License rights:

• Use the Product across multiple end projects.
• Incorporate into works for sale, provided the Product is integrated into a larger work.
• Use in SaaS applications or subscription products, per product listing terms.

3. Restrictions

• Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, or share the Product as a standalone item.
• Do not upload to file-sharing platforms, torrent networks, or unauthorized download sites.
• Do not include in open-source projects or distribute under open-source licenses.
• Do not claim authorship or remove copyright notices.
• Do not use to develop a competing product or service.
• Do not reverse-engineer software Products, except as permitted by mandatory law.
• Do not use for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Do not share account credentials or download links with unauthorized parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All Products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Quikdin, LLC. This Agreement grants license rights only and does not transfer ownership. Products are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Updates and Support

The Licensor may release updates at its discretion. Access depends on maintaining a valid license and applicable support terms. No ongoing obligation to provide updates or support beyond what is described on the product listing.

6. Cooling-Off Period and Refund

Before downloading a Product, you may request a refund within thirty (30) calendar days under our Cooling-Off Refund Policy. Once you download the Product, delivery is complete and the cooling-off refund no longer applies. By downloading, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE OF ANY PRODUCT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIKDIN, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT.

9. Termination

This license is effective from download until terminated. The Licensor may terminate immediately for breach. Upon termination, cease all use and delete all copies. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration per the American Arbitration Association rules, in Wyoming.
