This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth rules for using the Qdinfy website at https://qdinfy.com and all digital products purchased through it. By using the Platform, you agree to this AUP. Quikdin, LLC may update this policy at any time, effective upon publication.
1. Permitted Uses
- Purchasing, downloading, and using digital products per the EULA.
- Browsing, previewing, and evaluating product listings to make informed decisions.
- Contacting support for assistance with products, accounts, or general inquiries.
- Providing honest reviews and constructive feedback.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Using any product for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Reverse-engineering software products, except as required by mandatory law.
- Creating, distributing, or facilitating malware or malicious code.
- Redistributing, reselling, or sharing products with unauthorized third parties.
- Interfering with the Platform's infrastructure or security.
- Gaining unauthorized access to any account, server, or system.
- Impersonating any person or entity.
- Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without authorization.
- Posting defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Circumventing security features or access controls.
- Exploiting the Cooling-Off Refund Policy by downloading products and subsequently requesting refunds, or engaging in any pattern designed to obtain products without fair payment.
3. Enforcement
- Formal warning.
- Account suspension or termination.
- Refund request denial.
- Reporting to law enforcement.
- Civil or criminal legal action.
Enforcement decisions are at the sole discretion of Quikdin, LLC.

5. Accurate Product Descriptions
We provide truthful, detailed product descriptions, screenshots, feature lists, and system requirements. What you see on the product listing is what you receive. If a product does not match its description, contact support for resolution.

7. Instant Delivery Guarantee

8. 30-Day Cooling-Off Protection
You have thirty (30) calendar days from purchase to request a refund, provided you have not downloaded the product. Once downloaded, delivery is complete and the cooling-off refund does not apply, as you have received full access to all product files. This protects both your rights as a buyer and the integrity of our digital products.

- Investigation and Response: Substantive response within five (5) business days.
- Resolution: Fair resolution offered, which may include technical help, replacement files, account credit, or refund.
- Escalation: Request senior review for a final determination within ten (10) business days.
- External Resolution: If our internal process does not resolve your complaint, you may contact an appropriate consumer protection authority or dispute resolution body in your jurisdiction. EU customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. US customers may contact the Wyoming Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit or the Federal Trade Commission.
