Company: QUIKDIN LIMITED
Company No: 16713619
Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
Support: support@qdinfy.com · legal@qdinfy.com
Territory: We serve customers globally.
Qdinfy.com (“Qdinfy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) supplies downloadable digital products (Quikdin-made themes/plugins/templates with licences) and online courses. All items are digital; we do not ship physical goods.
1) What this policy covers
- Digital Products — Quikdin-made downloadable items and associated licence keys/activations.
- Courses — Quikdin-made online/self-paced digital content delivered via account access.
- No physical returns — because fulfilment is entirely digital.
2) Immediate digital delivery & 24-hour remediation
- When delivery happens: Immediately after successful payment, items are delivered to your Qdinfy account dashboard and/or via email (download link, licence key, course access).
- If there’s any delay or access issue: Tell us at support@qdinfy.com — we aim to remedy within 24 hours of your report.
- Proof of delivery: account availability, timestamped download/activation logs, course enrolment/access logs, and email confirmations.
3) Our contractual refund rules (summary)
These apply to all customers and are separate from statutory consumer cancellations explained in Section 4.
A) Courses
- Delivered / access granted: No refund.
- Non-delivery / no access: If access is not delivered or you cannot access the course and we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable time (and within the 24-hour remediation target if applicable), you are eligible for a refund (see Section 5).
B) Digital Products
- Delivered / download or licence key issued: No refund.
- Non-delivery / activation failure: If the product is not delivered or the licence cannot be activated and we cannot fix or replace, you are eligible for a refund (see Section 5).
Examples
✅ Refund: Licence key repeatedly fails to activate and we cannot replace; course access not granted and we cannot restore.
❌ No refund: You downloaded the plugin/theme or accessed the course and later changed your mind or no longer need it.
4) UK consumer 14-day cooling-off (statutory cancellation)
This section applies only when you purchase as a consumer under UK distance-selling rules.
- Your right: You can cancel within 14 days without giving a reason (the “cooling-off” period).
- Digital content exception (immediate supply): At checkout we ask you to
- request immediate access and
- acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once delivery starts.
If you consent, we deliver immediately (download available, licence issued, or course access granted), and your statutory cancellation right ends when delivery begins.
If you do not consent to immediate access, we will delay delivery until the 14-day period ends (or until you consent earlier).
- How to cancel (if still eligible): Email support@qdinfy.com with your order number, account email, and the item to cancel.
Model text:
I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following digital content:
.Ordered on [date], Order #[number], Name [name], Email [email], Address [address], Date [date].
- Refund for statutory cancellations: If your statutory right applies (i.e., delivery has not begun), we refund in full within 14 days of your cancellation notice to your original payment method.
- No deductions: Statutory cancellations (where valid) are not subject to transaction-fee deductions. (This is separate from our contractual refunds in Section 5.)
5) Refund amount, fees, timing, and method (contractual refunds)
For eligible contractual refunds under non-delivery / no access / activation failure:
- Amount: Full refund minus non-recoverable transaction/processing fees and bank/FX charges where permitted by law and by our payment/Merchant-of-Record partner.
- Timing: We process within 14 business days of confirming eligibility. Your bank/provider may take additional time to credit.
- Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
- Where partner rules apply: If a Merchant-of-Record (e.g., FastSpring, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy) or payment provider imposes specific refund handling or timelines, those rules will apply to that transaction.
6) How to request a contractual refund (non-delivery/no access)
- Email support@qdinfy.com with: order number, account email, product/course name, and a clear description (screenshots helpful).
- We acknowledge within 1 business day, verify delivery/activation/access logs, and attempt a prompt fix.
- If we cannot resolve, we approve a refund per Section 5.
7) Chargebacks & misuse
- Please contact us first; we resolve most issues quickly.
- Unjustified chargebacks (e.g., where delivery/access is proven) may lead to account suspension and submission of evidence to the payment/MoR partner.
- We may decline refunds for abuse, fraud, or breaches of our EULA/AUP/Terms.
8) Interaction with other policies
This policy works with our Terms of Service, EULA (Licence Terms), Delivery Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy & Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Buyer Protection & Complaints. If your payment was processed by a Merchant-of-Record, that partner’s refund handling may also apply.
